Published files output at page.html

G'day, Wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue.After working on a course, and publishing successfully multiple times, course will suddenly get published as "Page.html" instead of the usual "page_name.html" format.For example, "a001_intro_page_1.html" becomes "page2532.html"Is this a known bug? I did a search in the fourms but with no luck.Dman
