Left hand pane names format

Actually, having a note on the page will make the page name both bold and italics, even if the note text is not in italics. But I think The Liz is on the right track otherwise!
EDIT: Oops - I think I misparsed what LtLL said...my brain put the modifier in the wrong place. Never mind! (Here's where I'm longing for a Delete Post option *sigh*)
