Problems converting Lectora to Adobe PDF

Just going on record here to say, that we had high hopes of using Adobe Acrobat for the routing and approval features, and saving trees in the process.

We tried everything in this thread (thank you all who contributed) but it still doesn't work for us. We still lock up when printing to Adobe PDF using Acrobat 9, and Lectora X.

We're using CUTE PDF but does not give us the robust, full featured options that Acrobat gives us. I'm hoping that Trivantis is listening, and will help us get this issue solved. It's a shame to have Acrobat and not use all the features.

I am using Lectora 2008 and Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard. Lectora help desk doesn't know what is causing it. My coworker is using Lectora 2009 and same Adobe version and his also locks up when trying to convert to PDF. Lectora's help desk couldn't solve this problem. Told me to use something other than Adobe to create my PDFs. This is not an option. Has anyone heard of this problem and have a solution (which doesn't involve getting different software)? My customers and I would be eternally grateful!
