Problem with Test

I have a short test at the end of my course. In Edit mode, when I finish the test, the customized test results show up and everything works fine. When I publish to HTML and take the test, it stalls on the last question. I have tried adding a new test, copying the questions from the original test (not the pages, only the questions) and I get the same results.
