Printing the title

Thanks, Andy!Apparently the last time I printed was v2005 or early v2006, and the "not initially visible" items did not print. That "feature" was replaced with using the visibility functionality to control printing...so, a surprise for me!I manually deselected the visibility boxes for 6-10 items on about 100 pages, and was able to print what I had hoped for. I'[ll just consider this a lesson learned! Thanks!
