Print a Title Map

Is there a way to print the left pane in either 2005 or 2006?My temporary workaround is this.At the end of the title create a new blank page. Add a Table Of Contents Object and use the Indented List. Drag the box to a size large enough to show all your chapters. You may also have to change the size of the page to show everything. I used a page size of 700 x 1000 and 46 chapters/pages printed on one 8.5 x 11 page. You can play with the font size property of the list to squeeze more on a page, and you mess with the "include in table of contents" property to eliminate unwanted items. Then select file/print/current page and you have a printed title map.
