Resizing Entire Title

I am a new Lectora user and so far have found it very user friendly. I have come across something that I know may be very obvious, but do not know how to do. I have already created a Title a certain size using the properties of the title page. However, when delivering to the field, I need to make the page size smaller. When I change the page size in the properties of the Title page, I lose some of the objects on the page and the text runs off the page. Is there a more simple way to universally change the entire size of the pages and the content? I am not using frames.Thanks for your assistance.
