Trouble With Viewing Video

My first gut feeling is two fold - permissions and plugins. I don't really think it's a permission issue, though may be to some plugins or caching folders on the local drives.The second issue may be the native video player in NT. You will need to ensure you have all SP's updated on the target computers. Then test the course.Next individually update the Media Player to a more current version and then retest the course. I am thining it is more this issue. The courses authored in Lectora are going to use the latest player settings and an older OS, such as NT, will not have these.Try updating the player and see if that works, or try that angle. Also, check to make sure users have permissions to write cached data to their local drive as there may be an issue with this as well.You can easily test this by having a local admin login on an NT box and then testing the course, because they will have permissions and this can eliminate this probability.Let me know how it turns out.
