Yes, it sounds like you have the 'report test interactions to LMS' checkbox ticked in the Publish settings. Not all LMSs can handle the information that this sends - it sounds like yours is maybe one of them.Being able to accept the question interaction data is not a requirement of a Scorm-Compliant LMS (unless it is Scorm 2004 compliant) - it was just an optional element that many LMSs chose not to incorporate.If it is unchecked the test will still be marked and processed correctly but you will not be able to 'drill down' into anyone's responses to the questions.
