Lectora and Oracle's UPK or Captivate

Hello-

I'm looking at integrating software and basic computer testing, simulations with Lectora and Peoplesoft LMS.

I'm looking at Captivate or Oracle's UPK. Has anyone used either for simulations? What were the preferences?
