Passing score to LMS

Hi,My course is SCORM compliant. How to pass a score to LMS at the click of the next button.I have for eg; 100 set of randomized questions. Right from first question the score should pass to the lms. At the click of the next button, the score should pass to LMS.So that I can see the my result/tracking at the time of my quiz.What does “The Published course will report Test Question Interactions to the LMS do” in the SCORM publish dialog box.Please advice.
