Passing completion but not score to vendor's LMS

Make sure the button you have to submit the test is set to submit/process/test survey and the name of your test is selected as the target. Make sure you have the "Grade the Test" option selected on the Results tab, available in the test properties and the option to include the test score in the overall score. The test score should then pass on to the LMS as cmi.core.score.raw (for SCORM 1.2).

They reported back that the completion status is passing through correctly, but not the score. I know this doesn't give you enough information to really diagnose the problem for me, but I would appreciate some ideas on what parameters or variables I should check to get to the source of the problem.
