Page not seeing content in the images folder

Hello everyone. I am struggling with an issue right now and can not figure out what is causing this...I created an assessment first as an EXE publish and then created a version of the same assessment for SumTotal the LMS we use. When I updated everything for the LMS and go to preview in a browser everything is missing except my text and radio buttons (no background image, no images, no swf files, and alignment is wacked out as well). It is basiclly acting like its not seeing the images folder or the CSS, but i cant figure out why because it is all there. Has anyone else come across this issue before or found out what is causing this?
