Page Jump / Shift in Safari on Mac
April 29, 2019 12:00 AM
My course pages are 'jumping' on page show in ScormCloud and on the client's LMS. It's happening consistently on Mac Safari (current and previous versions). I've attached a file that shows the jumping/shifting. Has anybody else had this issue? It seems to be since Lectora v18 came out.

Looks like you have a page transition, perhaps 'fly from right' as each page seems to slide in from the right side. Check out 'transition in' at either the title level or the AU level properties.
Hi Heidi,
We will need to see this to determine if there is a quick fix. Since you are a Lectora LAB member I will email you directly.

I checked to make sure I hadn't inadvertently clicked something, but there are no page transitions in any of these ways: 1) Title level; 2) AU level; 3) On any given page.
I concur this is not a programming error...since v18 the pages have been jumping on Mac Safari. Can someone let us know if there is any Quick Fix, otherwise my client will have to release the 5 courses with the issue, and alert them to expect the page jumping if using a Mac/Safari. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Heidi
