Page Inventory and Version Control

I work with health care professionals and the Lectora modules we create are for the purposes of training these learners how to use computer software. The type of professional (e.g. doctor, nurse, unit clerk, dietitian, etc) dictates which components of the software they use and how the software and patient information appears on the screen to them. Therefore, we customize the modules based on the learner's role. While many pages are identical, there are lots of occasions where information must be customized...even when it's similar information being presented. Futhermore, there are frequent updates to the software we are teaching, so content is constantly being updated. So I'm wondering if and how other Lectora developers address the following:1. When you have identical (or very similar, but with some customizations) page in more than one module, how do you keep track or inventory those pages so that when one page is updated, you remember to update the related pages?2. How do you manage version control when there are small or large updates to the modules you've created? We have some ideas in mind, but I'd love to hear any shortcuts, best practices, suggestions or techniques that work for other developers. Thanks a bunch!
