Page displaying as wrong size

Sounds like you need to have it close the popup window first and then go to the next page so that the next page will be in the proper format.Usually to avoid these issues I just have the Next button on the original page, not the popup, go where I want it to; therefore it doesn't rely upon the closing of the popup. Most users know to use the little X and close a popup once they read it; so then I let the Next button move them on to the next learning point rather than something in the popup. That is a bit cleaner than what you are trying to do.
