One play/pause at root level to control ALL flvs in title?

I think my title says it all... Any gurus out there can advise me on this one ? I really want to avoid putting a play & pause button on EVERY page. How can I use inheritance so I can plonk a play button along with a pause button at root level in my title and have them control an flv on each page ?
