On Mouse Click Not working, even in run mode
October 24, 2014 12:00 AM
Folks, been using Lectora for a few years now. Now running Inspire 11.3.2 (9293) really frustrated that such a simple thing is not working. Action attached to a text block, action is to goto another page in the title but in run mode, preview in browser mode, nothing... Even in debug mode the actions are not registering. Really could do with some support here.
Cheers
John

Can you share a sample so we can take a look at it? Because I've seen hundreds of courses where on click works perfectly, so it should be something specific in your title.

If you have a text box that is created much larger than the text itself, the actual 'clickable zone' is basically on the text itself. You can tell where it is clickable or not clickable when the cursor changes from a pointer to a hand. In this case, if you need a larger clickable zone, then the best is to not put the action on the text box to go to the new page, use a transparent button or what not instead with the action.
Don't forget about layering too, if you have its set to be behind something, then of course your intended clickable text box will not work.

Folks, thanks for replies but did not have time to wait, so forced to delete and recreate all affected text boxes.
thanks anyway
