Number of actions or any other object

A partial solution might be the Resource Manager. You can see how many text objects, images, audio, animation, etc. are in the course. However, it does not include actions, is not printable (that I know of) and you have to count them yourself. OK, so I guess that doesn't really meet any of your criteria after all!! :-)
