Note on 404 Issue

Hey everyone! After the discussion of the 404 error in yesterday's Jam Sesh, I received this helpful note from John Holland on our customer support team:

"FYI in case some users in LEAP still have a 404 error after they get this new release.

There is another 404 issue that has not been resolved in v19 or v21 that our power users might be running into. You can make this 404 error appear on the "Getting Started" window by Opening v18, closing it, then opening v19 or v21. We do these steps while supporting customers, so our power users might be doing these steps while working in v18 and then testing out v21."
