Multiple tests & submitting to CGI

We do not use a LMS, nor am I able to email test results (no email program on the particular server!), so am submitting test results to CGI. Results do get imported into our HRIS, so there is certain info required to do this, ie Payroll number, firstname, surname, etc.Currently I have two assessments in a title. The first, being personal details, then a 13 question assessment. Currently the two tests are submitting results separately - very tricky if more than one person does test at a time!!! Is there some way I can avoid this? I am a very "non-technical" person, so use our IT guy to write the script. Thanks kindly.
