Html publishing problem

Have a file which when testing within Lectora works fine, however, when it is published to HTML, the "Done" button on the test does not work. Re-did the test setup, checked it against previous titles, and still happening - so, copied a title that did work, re-published it, and now it too doesn't progress. Seems to be a problem with the Submit Test Results action - i.e., no action.Am using 2007, but no idea what service pack (if any) and IE 7.Any help much appreciated. I am tearing my hair out here.
