Multiple tests & submitting to CGI

I am ending up with two results submitted per person - the first submits with their personal details, then the second submits at the end of the multi choice assessment. That part is fine, however, obviously there is a timing delay from when they start the first assessment to the completion of the second. What has then occurred is another person has commenced the same assessment - so what I have ended up with is two lots of personal details, then two lots of results for the multichoice.
