MP3 Sound Not Playing

Thanks for that Ludo, it is the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. Maybe I should reinstall the browser. I installed Quick Time after Firefox, so I wonder if that would make a difference.I had done all the actions you suggested, the trouble is Mozilla said it could not find a plugin for it.However, I cannot discount using it - due to the multi-platform the end users of the product may use.Best Regards
