Making and Replacing Icon

Yes, I'm using 2007. I'm sorry, I think I need a bit more information... I can create a .ico file using Photoshop and a special plug-in, but when I publish from Lectora using that .ico it seems to be looking for multiple sizes? I am not sure how to make a single file .ico that contains multiple sizes. I am guessing so that it can also swap the net addy icon, is that right? Or maybe it's for all of the different possible sizes of icons in windows. I am not sure. Help!!Thanks!
