Loading AWO Files into Lectora

From an other post I have tried to use these instructions to upload these Lectora files:
from my laptop (see pic)
However I am unable to see them in the folder
Any suggestions?

Hi All!
Someone on my team figured it out. here you go:
1 - Do not use My Library
2 - Open blank Lectora file
3 - Drag and drop AWO file.
4 - Voila - everything you need shows :)
By "blank Lectora file" -- do you mean a blank project?
You can drop it into every project, it doesn't have to be blank. Select the element in the project explorer below that you want to insert the awo content, then drag it from the windows explorer and drop onto the page.
