Library Location

The Lectora manual says that I can change the default Library location, but I cannot figure out how to do so. I would like to have the Library on a shared drive so everyone on my team can work from the same Library, but it is bothersome to navigate through the shared drive every time we want to insert an Object.The Lectora manual says that I can change the default Library location, but I cannot figure out how to do so.
