Submit/Process Test not working in IE

You say you have your feedback popping up in a custom window. Is your popblocker for your IE on or can you adjust its settings? This could be your problem. Or it could be your version of IE.I had a similar issue a while back with PDFs not opening correctly in IE version 7 versus Firefox. I had to dump the version of IE I had and go back to IE version 6 to make them work correctly. That solved all of my issues. It may be worth a try for you too.
