Lectora X: Index page!

When I HTML publish a course in Lectora and view it using the index.html fille, if I navigate to some other page teh browser address changes relative to that page. So if I refresh, it replays that particular page and not the index.html.
Can you please let me know how to make it such that the browser shows index.html so that when I refresh it shows the course from start ?
