Lectora X: Assessment review functionality!

Hey guys,
I have this requirement where
1. assessment has 10 questions of multiple choice type. User will select his choices for every option and click 'Next' button.
2. On last question after selecting a choice user will be shown with 'Submit' button
3. User can now click 'Back' button to go to previous questions and change his choices made. Once the 'Submit' button is made visible, it will be shown to user on every page
4. Once user is done, he can click 'Submit' to check his answers and go to the results page. User can submit questions even when he is on 1st page.
5. On reults page user will be shown with a 'Review' button which will take him to 1st question and show the option selected and whats the correct answer. User can then click 'Next' and 'Back' buttons to review his answers further.
Is this possbile using Lectora X? Please help me with your experiences.
