Images in multiple choice activity!

Hello All,
I have this requirement in assessments where client wants a multiple choice activity which has images as its options, not text. User must select the image and then it will give a feedback if this image was correct or not. Radio buttons should not be displayed on screen, instead the image should be clickable!
Is this possible ? Can I replace radio buttons with images having selected state etc ?
