Launching an executable at full screen?

Is it possible to publish an executable file so that it plays full screen without the title bar?I have a title set at 1024x768 and I don't need it to be HTML or CD based. Just a simple little exe but I need it to be full screen (i.e. kiosk).How/where do I set that in Lectora?
