Launching a video from a button

I am a relatively new user of Lectora. We are using the Online version. I need to launch a video on the page when the user clicks a button. When I try using the "On Mouse Click" action, I hear the video playing, but I can't get it to display.
Help?

It sounds like the video is set to be Initially Hidden (not shown). On your button, add an action to: On Mouse Click, Show, the video.
