Flash and Lectora Online Published Content

I am not very tech minded. I've been asked by our Cyber-Security Team if Flash is required to view our training. I develop our CBTs with Lectora Online. We use Saba Enterprise Cloud as an LMS.
Please help, is Flash required to view Lectora content?

Flash is only necessary to play back media on browsers that do not support HTML5. So if your learners use modern browsers, they don't have to use Flash. If they are on e.g. IE8, they will have to have Flash for any audio or video.
