Java Plugin Issue

We too seem to have an issue with Java. It is very sporadic, so I'm sure that it is on the user's manchine. I have tried to troubleshoot several of these machines and they seem to have everything installed correctly. The problems range form a lesson page locking up to mis-reporting information to the LMS.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Ron
