Get and Put Params Failing in LRN

we just launched our first Lectora published course and have been experiencing the same. Can you tell me what LMS you were/are using? We're on Saba 5.3 and I am pulling out all available solutions to see if we can identify why this is impacting some and not others.
Any feedback you can provide will be most appreciated.
