Indents with bullets

We encounter this problem all the time in our courses even though we use the paste unformatted tool. Our workaround is the same as the above - basically we re-create the offending text boxes from scratch and paste the text in again and it usually solves the problem.However, it is a bit of a cumbersome workaround. I was wondering if Trivantis might be able to look into creating either a patch for this 'bug', or else create a way for us to clear all existing styling from a text box? It would make us very happy campers...
