Sum Total LMS Causing Test Lock Up

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out why in a few cases (certainly not every time) some of my users experience a lock up when completing the test. I have created a test with 40 questions, but only 25 are randomly given to the users. On the last question, number 25, the page locks up and will not advance when the user clicks the Next button. I have programmed the test to grade the results and take the user to either a Pass or Fail page, depending on their test results. For some users though, it seems the test is getting hung up when trying to grade the results. I am using the Sum Total LMS, and I don't know if there is a problem with communication or what.

When it works properly, the user is taken to the Pass or Fail page while a new window opens in front of the page with the test results. In the Results tab of the Test Properties window, I have checked the "Show test results to student after end of test", "Grade the test" and "Include test score in overall score" checkboxes, but not the "Show only the score of the test, not the questions and answers" checkbox.
