Sum Total LMS Causing Test Lock Up

I am not familiar with the title manager function or what it does. I do NOT have the "Use JavaScript Title Manager" checkbox checked. When I publish to SumTotal, the "Include Title Manager Frame" checkbox is automatically checked and grayed out. Is that the Java title manager you are saying not to use? If I check the JavaScript title manager, will it override the Java title manager?
