Inability for publish to HTML to capture most recent modifications

I upgraded to 9.3 today and the problem went away. While I would love to take figure out what might have caused this anomaly, right now I am just happy it is working.

Gosh....Have a Lectora course that passes a lot of variables and incorporates a lot of actions. Been working fine for an entire month, and deploying fine to HTML. Went to publish this morning, and could not get the latest updates to publish to HTML. Has anyone experienced this problem? And yes, I am working off of the most recent copy.
