imsmanifest.xml files issues in SumTotal LMS

Dear All, I am using Lectora 2008 to develop the title and publishing it using the SumTotal plugin and SCORM 2004. I have 4 issues in the manifest file can anyone help me to fix it as soon as possible.
1. In the published imsmanifest file there is no specific sumtotal attribute for tag such as

2. In metadata tag there is no course title and course description. Such as
ADL SCORMCAM 1.3 <string language="en">course title</string> course description URI http://www.adlnet.org/metadata/MDO_01 LOMv1.0 SCORM_CAM_v1.3

3. Mastery score tag is not present in the manifest instead of adding it in the Lectora file. I am manually adding the below code. This issue is in both SCORM 1.2 and 2004 as

4. Indetifier="dummy-identifiername" is not included in the manifest file.

I hope you understood my problem. I am spending lot of time in title publishing. In every publish I have to edit the manifest file manually. Can you please help me to avoid editing every time. Also I have updated the latest patches in the Lectora 2008. Still same issues.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank in advance.
