importing f4v videos

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to use f4v files with Lectora. I also have a swf that functions as the loader/player for the file. This is working, but for some reason I don't see the control buttons my swf is supposed to contain and show.

I'd appreciate any hint on how to solve this..
