Allow publishing to exe/cdrom with external links in the course

Hello,

for what I want to do it's a huge drawback that Lectora won't allow me to publish a course to cdrom or exe as long as it includes Links. If someone uses the course offline or without internet access he or she will understand that links or embedded youtube videos won't work. The rest of the course would work alright.

BUT not including any links at all is not really acceptable in our times where everything is connected and online.

I hesitate to publish to HTML, because of possible plugin or security settings issues.

So why don't you let authors choose if they want to allow links or not? Because the way it is now I feel really restricted.
