Import CSV file

I"m interested in how the import csv file works. What format does the import file need to be in?How does the program know a new question is beginning if everything is separated by commas.I have a group of people generating assessment questions and I'd like to tell them the format to write their questions in so that I can import the text to Lectora.Has anyone used this feature and were you successfull?
