IE 7 and pop up windows, fixed size

If anyone needs the screen grab to see what I'm talking about, let me know!http://www.roebuckconsulting.com/Marketing/IE7_Scrolling.htmEven though I enter the course size of my course when importing into my LMS (Learn.com), my course pops open in the last used window size in IE (Internet Explorer). This creates a problem because then the user will either get scroll bars if the window was very small when last used and if it’s too large, they will see a lot of white space. As a work around I entered some code in Lectora (my authoring tool) to keep the window at a fixed size which is this: This code appears on every page in lectora. When you hit the next button, the window is resized to these settings. As you all know, IE just came out with a new browser. In the pop up now there is an added a new bar containing the address of that pop up. See attached screen grab. This new bar adds about 10 pixels which is causing my pop up window, set to a fixed, non scrollable size to now scroll top to bottom and left to right. I need this to go away or I will have to reformat all of my courses. This extra 10 pixels also causes the pop up to run into the start menu button which is also “bad”. Please tell me there is a setting in html which will help me to turn this new address bar off. Having the window resize 10 pixels larger is not an option as it will not help the added height which runs into the start menu at the bottom. Also, if someone is using the old browser, they will see 10 pixels (or so) of white space at the bottom. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks! Edited By: MelSharma1 on 2007-2-15 14:39:29
