IE 7 and pop up windows, fixed size

Yes, thanks, I realized that... I think it's strange the way it sizes the window though. If you have your menu items turned on at the top, they are not included in the "window size" meaning, they do not create scroll bars. But this aniti-phishing menu is and causes scroll bars.If i turn on my links, google tool bar, address bar etc, and click next in my course, it works fine. No scroll bars etc. The anit-Phishing menu (which you can elect to turn off) is counted as screen space. if it's on, I get scroll bars. I'm wondering why Microsoft would have designed it that way, it doesn't seem to have a purpose other than to cause me trouble. If it's on, it should be like other menu items which do not affect a fixed screen size with no scroll bars.Know what i mean?
