Yes, ie7 now always shows the address bar in popup windows even if the javascript code opening the window specified to hide it.Your end users can still configure ie7 to allow the address bar to be hidden through the tools/internet options settings and under the Security tab, make sure the 'Internet' zone is highlighted and click on 'Custom Level ...' Scroll down to the Miscellaneous area and enable the option to 'Allow websites to open windows without address bar or status bar'
