How to hide!!

I am using Lectora v.2008. At authoring time Suppose a page consists of two text objects lying over one another and I want to hide one text temporarily to make changes with the second text, but I am unable to hide either of the text box. Can any body please tell me how do I do that... I have worked previously with Lectora 2005 and there was a checkbox for every object which on selection would display the object on screen or hide it.
