Hiding a question

Hi.Here is my predicament:I have a matching type question outside of the Test chapter. It has a submit button which when clicked, the correct answer will be displayed. What I did was I got a screen of the correct answers and overlays it on the question when the "check my answer" button is clicked. My problem is the answer would still appear on top of the image I placed on top. I was thinking of hiding the question when the button is clicked, did it with an action -> onclick ->hide->Question 1 but it didn't work.Any suggestion is highly appreciated
