Inserting a Section between two sections

Hello.I'm a new Lectora user and I'm having this problem of inserting a new section in between two sections. I tried drag and drop but the new section that I'm trying to insert goes in one of the existing sections. For example, I have an existing section named L1 and L2. I want to insert a section between these two but when I drag and drop, the new section goes in L1.Thanks in advance.
